There is this woman who lives in the apartment above ours and she was blaring rap music at full blast at like seven this morning! I couldn't even hear the news and our tv was like five feet away! I can understand people having music on and being able to hear it but having it blaring to the point ware you can't hear anything else but your neighbor's music is so rude!
We've got worse. Builders working on our next door neighbours' extention. They're basically adding an L-shape playroom and snug and two extra bedrooms to their house as well as knocking through the kitchen, so we've had to lose our conifer hedge to accomodate this surrounding drainage system for this extention, but luckily, they paid £500 (around $1000 I believe) for 5 new conifer trees to replace the hedge they wantonly dug up, but that hasn't stopped the builders taking over our view with scaffolding, platforms and things spilling over on to our land so they can work on the bedrooms. They've finished with downstairs already so hopefully, they'll be just as speedy with upstairs as I'm getting just a tad bor'r'red with mum's moaning about it. Extentions like the huge project next door and loud music's about the only thing that gets my back up as far as neighbours're concerned.

Here's a solution which will allow your neighbour to play rap music at a loud volume and you to access the news. Don't listen to or watch the news, read it. You won't need to hear anything.
What I hate is listening to parties at 2 in the morning. It grows on you however and you learn to tune it out.
Yeah my neighbor had parties till like 4AM. Sadly, they are moving. although they had quite interesting parties, it was kinda cool and they're nice folks.
Besides, I can easily sleep through the partying...
my neighboor plays music loud to but after I asked her once to keep it doun she has for the most part. Unless she is haveing a parting then I don't really care much. but before she had it playing all the time. if you don't like the noice iether call the poe poes or the land lords.
what bothers me most is when people pulls up and holds down their horns. they don't do it any more since I starting yelling out the window that if they wake my baby I will call the poepoe, I don't have children. but think its funny to watch thme tar off down the street.
